Place the sweet potato cubes on a large baking sheet. Drizzle the olive oil over them, and then use your hands to mix them into the olive oil, and coat all of them.
Mix up the spices and sprinkle over the potatoes. Mix them and coat with the spices.
Spread the potatoes out in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Bake at 425° for 25 to 35 minutes, or until the potatoes are temder when pierced with a fork. They should be a little crisp on the outside.
Serve immediately.
