Preheat oven to 375° F and spray mini muffin pans with cooking spray.
Unroll crescent rolls and pinch the seams shut.
Cut crescent rolls into 24 pieces. A pizza cutter works great for this.
Place each piece of crescent roll into the mini muffin pan holes and press them down to form little cups.
Cut Brie cheese into 24 pieces and place 1 piece into each crescent roll cup.
Top each crescent roll cup with equal amounts of pecans, cranberry sauce, and a small piece of rosemary.
Bake for 11-15 minutes, or until crescent rolls are golden and fully cooked.
