Equipment

  • Mini Muffin Tin
  • Cooking Spray
  • Pizza Cutter or Knife
  • Measuring Cups
  • Spoon

Ingredients

  • 1 Can Refrigerated Crescent Rolls (I used Pillsbury Brand)
  • 8 ounce wheel Brie Cheese
  • ¼ Cup Chopped Pecans (or more to taste)
  • 1 Cup Whole Cranberry Sauce
  • Fresh Rosemary Leaves

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375° F and spray mini muffin pans with cooking spray.
  • Unroll crescent rolls and pinch the seams shut.
  • Cut crescent rolls into 24 pieces. A pizza cutter works great for this.
  • Place each piece of crescent roll into the mini muffin pan holes and press them down to form little cups.
  • Cut Brie cheese into 24 pieces and place 1 piece into each crescent roll cup.
  • Top each crescent roll cup with equal amounts of pecans, cranberry sauce, and a small piece of rosemary.
  • Bake for 11-15 minutes, or until crescent rolls are golden and fully cooked.
  • Serve warm, enjoy!

Notes

  1. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
  2. Reheat in the oven or air fryer for 3-5 minutes before serving.
  3. You can make these ahead. Assemble them and keep in the refrigerator. Remove from the fridge about 10-20 minutes before baking.
