Equipment

  • 1 9"x13" baking dish
  • 2 Medium Mixing Bowls

Ingredients

  • 1 Rotisserie Chicken* deboned & shredded (or any cooked shredded chicken)
  • ½ cup Butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon Poultry Seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 package Frozen Mixed Vegetables - optional (carrots, peas, corn, green beans)
  • 1 10.5 oz can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 ¼ cups Chicken Stock or Broth
  • 2 cups Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix (with seasoning packet) or 2 cups Bisquick
  • 2 cups Milk

Instructions

  • Spread chicken evenly in 9x13” baking dish.
  • Melt butter and pour evenly over the chicken. Do not stir.
  • Mix together soup and broth. Pour over chicken mixture. Do not stir.
  • If using frozen mixed vegetables, add them evenly over the chicken mixture. Do not stir.
  • Mix together biscuit mix, seasoning packet, and milk. You can add some extra seasoning if you want (garlic powder, etc.). Pour over chicken. Do not stir.
  • Bake at 375° F for about 45 minutes-1 hour, or until center is cooked and top is golden brown.

Notes

*You can also use leftover turkey.
