1Rotisserie Chicken*deboned & shredded (or any cooked shredded chicken)

1teaspoonPoultry Seasoning
2teaspoonsGarlic Powder
1teaspoonOnion Powder
1packageFrozen Mixed Vegetables - optional(carrots, peas, corn, green beans)
110.5 oz canCream of Chicken Soup
1 ¼cupsChicken Stock or Broth
2cupsCheddar Bay Biscuit Mix(with seasoning packet) or 2 cups Bisquick
2cupsMilk
Instructions
Spread chicken evenly in 9x13” baking dish.
Melt butter and pour evenly over the chicken. Do not stir.
Mix together soup and broth. Pour over chicken mixture. Do not stir.
If using frozen mixed vegetables, add them evenly over the chicken mixture. Do not stir.
Mix together biscuit mix, seasoning packet, and milk. You can add some extra seasoning if you want (garlic powder, etc.). Pour over chicken. Do not stir.
Bake at 375° F for about 45 minutes-1 hour, or until center is cooked and top is golden brown.
