Add the marinade ingredients to a zip-closure bag big enough to hold your pork chops. Then stir them well.
Add the pork chops and massage them into the marinade so they are all coated.
Place in a shallow dish and put in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to overnight.
Remove from the refrigerator 25-40 minutes before you plan to cook the chops (this is so the meat is not so cold, as that affects cook time).
Cook the pork chops on the grill, in the oven, or in a frying pan on the stove top. Use the leftover marinade to baste the chops while cooking. Then discard unused marinade.
