Ingredients

CAKE

  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter softened
  • 1 1/2 cups White Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 3/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Mashed Ripe Bananas

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease or spray a 10.5" x 15.5" jelly roll pan.
  • In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until smooth.
  • Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the vanilla and sour cream.
  • Mix in the mashed banana.
  • Mix together the flour, baking soda and salt. Stir into the batter. Spread evenly into the prepared pan.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow bars to cool completely before frosting with the cream cheese frosting.
