Line the bottom of the crock with half of the apples, half of the onion, the butter, half of the honey, and 1 tsp of the cinnamon.
Sprinkle the salt over both sides of the pork chops.
Layer the pork chops over the apple layer.
Layer the remainder of the apples and onion over the pork chops.
Drizzle the remaining honey, and remaining cinnamon over the apples.
Cover with the lid and cook on Low for 7-8 hours, or High 3-4 hours, or until the temperature of the pork reaches 140° F.
Serve with slices of the apples and onion.
