Mix together the honey, juice from the can of pineapple, and brown sugar together.
Mix in optional ginger and cloves, if using.
Place your ham into the slow cooker and pour over ¾ of the glaze mix.
Cover and cook in the slow cooker on low for 3-4 hours (140° F internal temperature).
Carefully remove the ham from the slow cooker onto a foil lined sheet pan.
Pour over the rest of the glaze.
Put under the broiler in your stove at 425°F for about 5-7 minutes, watching closely. You want the glaze to caramelize, not burn.
