Add the chicken to the slow cooker.
In a bowl, mix together the bbq sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
Pour the sauce into the crock. Turn the chicken breasts to coat them well with the sauce.
Cook on LOW for 4-6 hours or HIGH for 2-3 hours.
When done (chicken should be 165°F), remove the chicken to a plate and use two forks to shred (pull) the chicken and add it back into the sauce. Stir.
Serve on buns, over rice, mashed potatoes, or however you like.
