Equipment

  • 8-cup Muffin Pan

Ingredients

  • 1 16.3-ounce tube Refrigerated Biscuit Dough ("Grands" size) flaky layered
  • 4 large Eggs
  • ½ cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Diced Ham*

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400° F.
  • Spray 8-cup muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Place the biscuit dough into each tin, pressing down on the bottom and up the sides.
  • In a bowl, whisk together eggs and cheese.
  • Spoon a small amount of the egg mixture into each biscuit.
  • Top with desired amount of chopped ham cubes.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until eggs are fully cooked, and biscuit dough is slightly browned.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

*You can substitute chopped cooked bacon or crumbled cooked sausage for the ham, if desired.
